Twenty years as an educator. My first crowd of five thousand came at age eighteen. A room is my favorite tool.

I've taught in university classrooms, trained teachers and community members on four continents, presented at national and international conferences, and stood on debate stages in front of television cameras. Whatever the room needs — inspiration, alignment, hard conversations, actual skills — I design for the audience in front of me. That's what educators do.
